Three parameters are my key drivers! I want to feel that I really make a difference, I want to use my strengths and it is important that I love my job.

This was what I was looking for when I decided to make a life changing decision in my professional life. I stopped as HR manager and became a career advisor at Makio as well as a consultant creating leadership development programs. I have many years of management and leadership experience both as an IT Project Manager, an Operations Manager and an HR manager. I fully utilize my potential and knowledge when using these skills combined with organizational psychotherapy and leadership development when I support candidates in finding their next job. Not just their next job, but a job where values, strengths and wishes are prioritized to make the candidate think: What’s not to like!

“Over the years, I have executed many termination programs and I know the importance of outplacement for employees. To be met, helped, and supported in the process of getting a new job makes a difference for the person and, at the same time, the company achieves a good reputation – what’s not to like!”
